As a Percept Sales Executive, you will be a key part of our sales efforts. Your focus will be achieving defined sales goals and closing business. You will work with company leadership, sales management, marketing and product specialists to identify key prospects and execute sales activities .Your key targets will be industries: Education, Hospitality, Production & Manufacturing , Food & Beverages , Healthcare & Real Estate .

  • Responsibilities

    • Meet and exceed individual monthly and quarterly sales goals by closing business.

      Identify and cultivate prospects, sales leads and contacts within companies in your target market.

      Develop knowledge and expertise specific to your target market.

      In the field for meeting with and presenting to prospects.

      Call into 20+ accounts daily, typically on the phone 2-5 hours each day.

      Deliver online presentations focused on delivering business value and client success stories.

      Establish three to five new qualified opportunities each week.

      Become an expert in solution-based and value-based selling over the phone, web and face to face in the field

      Attend industry trade shows and events to network and prospect as needed.


  • Qualifications

    • Must be a proven closer .

      2-10 years quota carrying sales in software, technology or related industrial field

      Track record of success with sales cycles from initial call through close

      Experience managing a high volume sales pipeline

      Fast learner and self-starter with an entrepreneurial work ethic

      Effective listening, communication and great people and phone skills.

      Stellar presentation skills

      Ability to engage with prospects, overcome objections and demonstrate value.

      Knowledge of business organization structures, buying influences and purchasing processes

      Comfortable in a high volume, fast-paced and demanding environment

      Comfortable calling high level executives within target accounts)

      Ability to manage time effectively and adapt quickly to changing priorities

      Ability to conduct web-based presentations via the internet and phone as well as orchestrate face to face meetings with contacts at multiple levels of your target organizations

      Strong verbal and written communications skills – ENGLISH , HINDI , MARATHI


  •  Additional Desired Experience

    • Experience or expertise in SOFTWARE SALES.

      Knowledge of the industry components and commercial parts market a plus

      Proven success selling for a software company
