Functioning within the Data & Reporting group, the IT Business Analyst will focus on capturing and converting reporting requirements from users into executable functional design for developers. We are seeking capable, enthusiastic individuals with the ability to interface with a diverse group of customers while managing expectations appropriately. The IT Business Analyst will utilize strong documentation skills in their work with the Technical Team, acting as an advocate for the various user groups. excellent Command over written & verbal languages for English & Hindi.
The IT Business Analyst will assist in all aspects of the software development life cycle, including:
Producing business requirements and process documentation
Product Design according to user requirements.
Assisting in the creation of system and user acceptance test plans as well as coordinating the execution of the plans
Working with business areas and training department to develop and deploy multi-channel training as needed
Assisting in the investigation and resolution of day-to-day production support requests for existing applications
Developing a project plan/work breakdown structure, compiling project status reports for management, managing scope, and setting project governance models
Minimum Graduate In IT Field Or
MBA From Any Premier Institute
